So many problems being faced by taxpayer in the settlement of their tax dispute, starting from the time needed in the decision taking that could take years until it’s settled to the not transparent decision. Furthermore, most of the decisions made up to now are not satisfying for the taxpayer. Taxpayer stated that there is something wrong with the internal of the tax court, but in the other side, the internal of the tax court itself doesn’t want to be the only one to be blamed. It’s been years that this particular event is happening but even until now there is no significant change that could satisfy both sides. That is the particular reason that we, student of Universitas Indonesia who are concerned to this particular matter, are going to hold Tax Seminar and Training 2012 for TAX COURT REFORMATION.

Tax Seminar and Training (TST) is a series of seminar and training about taxation, every years taking only the hottest and most useful topic for the participant. In this year, TST 2012 is raising the theme of Indonesia Tax Court System Reformation: Improving the Settlement of Tax Dispute in the Stage of Objection and Appeal and is inviting the most capable speakers and trainers in their field.
